Kelsey Shofner is a senior attorney in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She assists business clients with corporate transactions, including entity formation and corporate governance, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property protection.
In addition to her private practice, Kelsey’s experience includes serving as in-house counsel for a Dallas company where she focused on negotiating contracts and advising on employment law matters.
