Brooks Proctor is an experienced litigator who regularly handles a diverse range of matters in state and federal courts, including product liability, pharmaceutical product liability, commercial breach of contract, fraud, securities fraud, and other complex business disputes. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including taking cases through trial. Brooks applies his experience gained from his diverse practice to seek the most efficient and best possible outcomes for his clients. For example, he recently was part of a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict in a business dispute case involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and tortious interference related to contracts with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs.

Brooks is civic-minded and is active in the leadership of several community organizations. He is currently serving as president of the executive board for Opera Birmingham, and he is an executive board member for Red Mountain Theater Company and the Alabama Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Prior to joining Bradley, Brooks received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law (magna cum laude), where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Hugo Black Scholar, and a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. Brooks received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
