Bradley Partner Kyle W. Robisch Appointed to Board of Directors for Florida Bar Foundation

Bradley is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Kyle W. Robisch has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the Florida Bar Foundation effective July 1, 2023.

Created by the Florida Bar Board of Governors, the Florida Bar Foundation is a statewide nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide greater access to justice. The 33-member board of directors works to govern the foundation, guiding funds for local and statewide civil legal aid organizations and projects to improve the administration of justice and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the legal aid delivery system. Among other things, the Florida Bar Foundation administers the funds generated by the Florida Supreme Court’s Interest on Trust Accounts (IOTA) program.

A business litigator and advisor, Mr. Robisch helps companies and individuals protect their business and personal interests through commercial, business and complex litigation, with a particular focus on environmental litigation and permitting and healthcare litigation. He regularly prosecutes and defends cases in federal and state courts across the country and is especially familiar with the Florida court system. Mr. Robisch regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups and individual entrepreneurs, developing strategies to minimize legal risk and grow their businesses. Mr. Robisch has been recognized in Florida Rising Stars since 2020 and is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®in the areas of environmental law and commercial litigation.

Mr. Robisch is an active member of the American Bar Association, serving two terms as co-chair of the Water Resources Committee and as a member of the Section on Environment, Energy and Resources. He is also a regional chair for the Legal Mentor Network, a nonprofit that connects law students and young attorneys with legal mentors. Mr. Robisch serves as chair of the West Florida Regional Leadership Council of Special Olympics Florida, is a board member of Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, and is a member of the Florida Aquarium Conservation Committee. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and earned his B.A. from the University of Florida.
